AFTER ACTION REPORT: Keystone Flight to historic "Airmail Airport" - Bellefonte and University Park, Penn Sate; Sun 5 Oct

-Great flight today! Perfect Oct WX for it! FIVE ship formation of Wayne, Ed, Robert, Tom, me, along with Mike, his son Shawn and Fred...KEYSTONE FLIGHT!
-Flew our "Mail Run Flight" to see the terrain and route the old Airmail guys had to go....wow, some ROUGH terrain out there to fly in the 20's and 30's!
-Nice visit to Bellefonte and University Park....will be good when Bellefonte gets the restaurant back open soon...
-Nice flyover of Penn State stadium - hard to believe they pack in 110,000 people there on any give Saturday!
-First time flyers Mike McMahon and his son Shawn had a great day flying and viewing the scenic mountains - plus they did not have to drive the 5.5 hours to Penn State and back - we dropped off Shawn and flew back - takes about 45 mins each way and is much more fun than driving mountain roads!
-Finished the evening at Chloe's Pizza and had the owner come out and talk with us and take photos with us - too much fun!
