Program Presentation: "Technology in the Cockpit" by John Sibole
Cockpit technology is advancing at a rapid pace, and we have more information at our fingertips than we have ever had before. 'Smart' cockpit tech -- automated checklists, predictive aircraft performance monitoring, ADS-B In and FIS-B information -- can all enhance safety and situational awareness. John Sibole, FAA Safety Team Program Manager at the Harrisburg FSDO, will present an overview of the various types of 'Smart' cockpit tech that is available for GA and experimental aircraft, and highlight some of their advantages... as well as their drawbacks.
Food & fellowship will be offered starting at 6pm; Presentation begins at 7pm
